| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Mesothelin(MSLN)may play a role in cell adhesion and cell shape dynamics; human homolog highly expressed in renal cell carcinoma. malignant tumors, such as a skin lump, ovary cancer and the pancreas cancer...etc..Mainly used for the research of the malignant tumor. Function: Membrane-anchored forms may play a role in cellular adhesion. Megakaryocyte-potentiating factor (MPF) potentiates megakaryocyte colony formation in vitro. Subunit: Interacts with MUC16. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor, GPI-anchor. Golgi apparatus. Megakaryocyte-potentiating factor: Secreted. Isoform 3: Secreted. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in lung. Expressed at low levels in heart, placenta and kidney. Expressed in mesothelial cells. Highly expressed in mesotheliomas, ovarian cancers, and some squamous cell carcinomas (at protein level). Post-translational modifications: Both MPF and the cleaved form of mesothelin are N-glycosylated. Proteolytically cleaved by a furin-like convertase to generate megakaryocyte-potentiating factor (MPF), and the cleaved form of mesothelin. Similarity: Belongs to the mesothelin family. Dilution: 3μg /10^6 cells;
Isotype Control Antibody (orange line): Rabbit IgG .
Secondary Antibody : Goat anti-rabbit IgG-PE
Dilution: 1μg /test.
Protocol
The cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10min at room temperature)and then permeabilized with PBST for 20 min at room temperature. The cells were then incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
